All Rovex Specialist Rods are designed to excel at a specific application and, according to the manufacturers, feature high-quality components without the high-end price tag.
The Rovex Specialist Travel Rod range includes four multi-piece go-anywhere rods that are ideal for packing into a suitcase, car or boat. The three Travel Spin models include a 6’6”, 3-6kg rod, a 7′, 3-6kg rod and a 7′, 5-8kg rod (all 3-piece hi-modulus graphite). The fourth model is a 12′ 6-12kg Travel Surf rod built on a tubular fibreglass blank that packs down into four pieces.
The Rovex Specialist Kayak Rod is designed for powerful casts from a seated position. The 6’6”, 3-6kg graphite composite rod offers leverage power yet is sensitive at the tip to detect and hook subtle bites.
The Rovex Specialist Snapper Rod is a 7’6”, 5-10kg spin rod that is suitable for fishing inshore snapper grounds. The fiberglass rod and solid tip provide strength for hauling in big reds over the side of the boat.
The Rovex Specialist Sports Rods include a 5’6”, 4-7kg, a 6′, 8-10kg and a 6’6”, 8-10kg rod model. Built on powerful fast-taper blanks, these sport fishing rods are suitable for chasing big fish on baits, lures or for trolling from boats.
