FOR the 11th year running, Australian-made Platypus lines have made it into the record books with high standings in saltwater and freshwater line and fly tippet categories, according to IGFA's World Record Game Fishes 2011 annual.
Platypus lines were rated 5th among saltwater records, 6th in freshwater records and 4th in the fly tippets.
In a very competitive and American species dominated field the makers of Platypus are very happy with the result and thank all anglers that continue to use Aussie-made Platypus lines such as Pretest and Pretest Braid.
