Daiwa’s HVF graphite forms the foundation for the Black Label’s impressive blank range. HVF (High Volume Fibre) combines precise resin control with unidirectional graphite fibre to produce a blank with maximum graphite density.

601HFB – Short in stature yet big in performance and power this is the rod to reach for when you want to get down and dirty at close quarters and dish out some serious hurt on hard pulling fish. An ideal estuary rod for barra or chasing cod in the fresh this is perfect for short accurate casting with hard bodies and plastics. Don’t let its size fool you, this rod has the power and attitude to take down some big fish.
641MLFB – The ultra light model in the range the 641MLFB is the ultimate light bass and native rod in the series. Light and nimble in the tip to transmit the slightest bump and the action of the lure to the angler, few rods have this level of sensitivity yet have the power to muscle fish when needed. Suited to throwing a host of different lures including spinnerbaits, crankbaits, jerkbaits and topwaters this a dream rod for all finesse baitcaster loving anglers.
641MHFB – If you could only have, this is the Black Label to have. The great all-rounder of the range, the 641MHRB has a sensitive tip to present the lightest of lure accurately and is able to detect the slightest bumps from the most timid of fish. Suited to throwing just about any style of lure, from heavy spinnerbaits for deep water Murray cod to shallow running jerk baits and topwaters for impoundment barramundi, the 641MHFB has it covered.
681MHFB – The tallest member of the Black Label baitcaster family is also one of the most versatile and powerful. 6’8” in length and with power to burn this is a rod that’s just as home throwing spinnerbaits up close for bass, or throwing swimbaits or crankbaits long for barra, cod or jew. One of the must have rods of the range, make sure you don’t leave home without at least one of these.
