The Banax Syren is a low profile baitcaster that’s been designed for maximum stopping power.
Being all alloy the Syren is light and extremely sturdy to maintain the integrity of its internal parts when under heavy strain. The Syren also features a one-piece frame for extra strength and Banax HCS, a combination of a precision machine cut brass gear and pinion and a stainless steel shaft.
For corrosion resistance all 11 precision stainless steel bearings in this reel are shielded. The fast gear ratio of 6.1:1 makes the Syren ideal for working lures. A titanium line roller allows carefree use of braid.
