THE international big game fishing community was saddened to hear of the recent passing of Bart Miller this week. Bart has been a legend in the offshore fishing world since the 1960s. His big-game trolling lures have caught fish around the globe and the story behind the 1,656 lb Pacific blue marlin caught on his famous boat, the Black Bart, in Kona back in 1984, is truly the stuff of fishing legend and lore.
