AUSTRALIAN-based product development and fishing apparel company, Fjord Fly Fish has announced the launch of its Karve Wading boots. The boots complement the company’s Viking Stocking Foot waders.
Fjord said its Karve Wading boots are possibly the lightest and most innovative boot on the market.
Weighing about 50 oz (per pair), the Karve Wading boot claims to be significantly lighter than other competing brands with a rubber outer sole. Fjord has developed a unique synthetic leather that is lightweight, quick drying and durable. The boots also feature Vibram Carrarmato lugs to provide better traction on moss, silt, weed and slime. Vibram Carrarmato lugs is compatible with Fjord Traction studs.
The boots are neoprene lined with closed-cell foam for lasting comfort on the water and long-lasting wear.
