Fulling Mill flies into Australia

AT the recent AFTA trade show, Mayfly Tackle released a range of Fulling Mill flies for fresh and saltwater use. Fulling Mill Limited has a pedigree which dates back to the early 1930s with the company having tied over 200,000,000 flies to date.

Fulling Mill is recognised as Europe’s leading quality fly manufacturer offering exceptional value and service.

Mayfly Tackle recognised that the percentage of commercial flies reaching Australian shores were tied for price rather than quality and felt that a high percentage of fly anglers who had precious spare time to tie their own patterns were more than willing to pay a premium for flies tied on quality hooks with quality materials.

Mayfly Tackle has added the popular Whistler patterns to the range and plans on adding Australian patterns to the line-up over time.

The Fulling Mill brand is worth chasing down at your local tackle store as the expensive fly rod, reel and fly line are pretty much useless if you have a poor quality fly tied on the end that does not sit on the surface or swim correctly.
