Humminbird has recognised the fact not all fishos can afford the biggest and most expensive sounders on the market - enter its PiranhaMAX range.

Humminbird says its PiranhaMAX sounders are loaded with features that will quickly have you seeing all that's happening under your boat.

The PiranhaMAX 190c features a 256 colour 320V x 240H 3.5" display, single beam sonar with 1600 watts PTP power output and easy one touch access to the menu functions.

The waterproof unit comes standard with water surface temperature, fish ID+, fish alarms, depth alarms, zoom and more.

The 200kHz /20° @ -10db single beam transducer is designed to give excellent bottom coverage and penetration.

The new improved head design offers contrast enhanced, clear edge display, ensuring you’ll see more on screen, even in direct sunlight.

The PiranhaMAX 190c allows you to choose your depth displays in metres, feet or fathoms and the variable backlight feature will help you to view the display in varying light conditions.

The unit comes with a transom mounted transducer and is mounted on a tilt and swivel mount for viewing from almost anywhere in the boat.
