NSW DPI has committed to building more new artificial reefs in the next few years.
They are currently working to complete the design of two new reefs that will be located in the Newcastle and Wollongong regions (click on the maps above for the co-ordinates). These reefs will be built in 2019, with more new reefs off the Tweed, Eurobodalla and Jervis Bay coasts to follow.
