ANOTHER election is about to pass by with rec fishos being largely ignored by federal politics, with none of the major parties having a legitimate claim to represent rec fishos on all the major issues (see our voting guide for more details). This is seemingly due to the fact that none of the major parties believe that rec fisherman vote based purely on fishing, and no doubt also due to the fact that we don’t have a party that represents all of our interests.
In light of this we thought it might be interesting to run a poll to see how much fishing-related issues influence which way recreational fishos vote.
