Sailfish launches Reef Runner

THE range of Sailfish cats is normally noted for its big boat models that run up to 12m in length and more.

Sailfish has turned its attention to the more affordable end of the range with the Sailfish Reef Runner. At a length of 5.6m and beam of 2.45m, the hull has the basic credentials to handle any offshore fishing you're up for. Boasting a floor space measuring 2.05m x 1.75m, Sailfish says its Reef Runner has equal or greater cockpit space to an equivalent 7m mono hull.

The Sailfish Reef Runner comes standard with dual Honda 60hp four-stroke outboards which deliver a top speed around 33 knots - dual Honda 75hp outboards are optional.

Priced at just under $80,000, the Sailfish Reef Runner is competitively priced.

Stay tuned for a full test in an upcoming edition.
