Time is running out for public submissions to the NSW Government inquiry into recreational fishing.
This Legislative Council inquiry, conducted by the Recreational Fishing Committee, was established in November '09 with the aim of inquiring and reporting on the benefits and opportunities improved fisheries may represent for NSW rec fishing licence holders.
The inquiry represents a rare opportunity for anglers to make their views known to the NSW government. Individuals, businesses, clubs and associations have all been invited to make written submissions.
The closing date for submissions is next Friday March 19.
All information about making submissions is available at: http://www.parliament.nsw.gov.au/fishinginquiry
