The Batemans Bay Annual Tollgate Island Classic staged on the NSW South Coast starts tomorrow January 14 and concludes on Sunday January 16.
One of the premier events on the NSW gamefishing tournament calendar, the Tollgate Classic once again has a host of events, entertainment and prizes on offer for competitors.
Registration of competing boats and anglers takes place at Batemans Bay Marina today (Thursday Jan 13) from 5pm, with a briefing to follow at 7pm. Fishing commences 6 am, on Friday and ceases at 4.30pm, with a tournament barbecue at the weigh station from 6.30pm.
Saturday January 15 sees fishing commence once again at 6am and concludes at 4.30 pm, the official dinner to follow at the Catalina Country Club at 7.30pm with entrants receiving a dinner voucher for the bistro on the night. Raffle prizes on the night have been sponsored by Shimano, Hotshot Charters and Batemans Bay Fish Moulds.
