VIDEO: Releasing snapper in deep water
IN this video the team from Arno Bay Fishing Adventures demonstrate a great technique for releasing large snapper back to the depths after capture.
This system uses a release weight to pull the fish back down through the water column, conserving the fish's energy and decreasing the effects of barotrauma in the process.
