WITH the trout season now officially closed in NSW and Victorian rivers and streams, the following teaser should inspire trouties to preapre for the upcoming spring season. The footage is taken from the DVD Luring for Wild Trout, a feature shot on streams in the Riverina, including locations near Tumut, Adelong and Batlow. In the DVD, “Mr Freshwater” (Wayne Dubois) outlines everything anglers need to know about catching trout on bobbel lures and metal spinners.
